A prestigious international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its highly regarded Litigation practice in New York, Washington, D.C., or the San Francisco Bay Area. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated copyright and trademark disputes, representing prominent clients in complex, high-stakes litigation. The successful candidate will work alongside leading litigators on contentious intellectual property matters, with opportunities to assume meaningful responsibility and develop their advocacy skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in copyright and trademark litigation, including drafting substantive motions, managing offensive and defensive discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, and preparing matters for trial. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, excellent legal drafting skills, and the ability to manage complex litigation matters within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Excellent academic credentials and admission to the California, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar are required. Prior experience at a leading international or national law firm is highly desirable.
