This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants to work on complex, high-value transactions while being part of a team that prioritizes mentorship, professional development, and long-term career growth.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in advising clients across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate projects—from initial structuring through closing and beyond. The practice handles a broad spectrum of matters for developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients across the United States.

  • Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures involving diverse asset classes
  • Handle real estate financing transactions, including construction and permanent loan documentation
  • Draft and negotiate easement agreements, restrictive covenants, and related instruments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on zoning, land use, environmental, and regulatory matters
  • Support clients through complex, multi-phase development projects

What Sets This Role Apart

  • Exposure to nationally recognized real estate work across a wide range of asset types
  • A deep bench of experienced attorneys with a strong track record of mentorship
  • A culture that values collaboration over competition
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact projects from concept through completion
  • Strong internal support across complementary practice areas

Candidate Profile

  • JD required and prior experience working in a law firm is essential
  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex real estate deals independently
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional drafting and negotiation skills
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the relevant jurisdiction
