The Opportunity
You will play a key role in advising clients across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate projects—from initial structuring through closing and beyond. The practice handles a broad spectrum of matters for developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development-related contracts
- Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures involving diverse asset classes
- Handle real estate financing transactions, including construction and permanent loan documentation
- Draft and negotiate easement agreements, restrictive covenants, and related instruments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on zoning, land use, environmental, and regulatory matters
- Support clients through complex, multi-phase development projects

Candidate Profile
- JD required and prior experience working in a law firm is essential
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Demonstrated experience handling complex real estate deals independently

- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the relevant jurisdiction
