A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Junior Real Estate Associate to join its growing Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–3 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience who wants sophisticated work, direct partner access, and meaningful client responsibility early in their career.

The role will involve high-value real estate finance transactions, joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and broader commercial real estate matters. Experience with land use, development, or related regulatory issues would be a plus. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys across a national platform, gaining exposure to complex transactions for regional and national clients.

This position is well suited to an associate with strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills who is ready to take ownership of key workstreams while continuing to develop in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. Candidates currently practicing in major legal markets who are interested in relocating to Denver are encouraged to apply.

Candidates must have a JD, 2–3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience, and previous experience working in a law firm. Strong academic credentials and admission to the Colorado Bar, or eligibility to waive in, are required.
