The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of commercial real estate experience and a strong foundation in acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, and leasing matters. This role offers exposure to significant transactions, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on matters involving a diverse range of asset classes and market participants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Advise on real estate lending and financing transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leasing agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings.
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice on a variety of real estate matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
- 3-4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
- Experience handling acquisitions, sales, lending, and leasing matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Admission to a U.S. state bar is preferred.
