Attorneys stepping into this position will play a key role in structuring and negotiating complex deals, managing transaction workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing strategic counsel on a wide variety of real estate matters. Candidate Requirements:
- JD required
- Must have prior experience working in a law firm
- 4–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Strong experience with purchase and sale agreements, leasing, development, and financing transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Admission to practice in New York required
