An exceptional opportunity is available for a Banking & Finance Associate to join a highly regarded finance practice handling sophisticated lending and financing transactions for a diverse client base.

This position offers the chance to work alongside experienced partners and senior attorneys on complex domestic financing matters while gaining significant client exposure and increasing levels of responsibility. Key Responsibilities

• Advise borrowers and lenders on a wide range of financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate syndicated loan agreements and other finance documentation.
• Assist with secured lending, structured finance, project finance, equipment leasing, and related transactions.
• Support clients on real estate finance matters where applicable.
• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, real estate, and other transactional practice groups on multidisciplinary matters.
• Build strong client relationships while managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of Banking & Finance experience gained within a law firm.
• Experience with syndicated lending, secured transactions, structured finance, project finance, equipment leasing, or similar financing matters.
• Experience in real estate finance is highly desirable.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to manage competing priorities and take on increasing responsibility.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
