A highly regarded law firm with a long-established Real Estate and Hospitality platform is seeking to add a senior Real Estate Partner to its team in California (Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco).

Following a recent leadership transition, the firm is open to senior-level hires, including the potential for a Co-Chair position for the right individual.

This represents a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role, shape the direction of the practice, and build on an already strong client platform.

The Opportunity:

• Join a well-established real estate practice with a strong reputation across development, transactions, financing, and hospitality
• Genuine ability to shape and grow the practice, rather than simply lateral across
• Lower-conflicts environment, enabling greater client flexibility and growth
• Flexible billing rate structure, supporting client retention and expansion
• Strong cross-practice collaboration and existing client base to leverage

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced Real Estate Partner with a strong transactional practice (e.g. development, joint ventures, financing, acquisitions/dispositions)
• Demonstrated client ownership and relationship management
• Portable book of business of $1M+ required
• Interest in taking on a leadership role and contributing to practice growth
• Experience advising developers, investors, sponsors, or institutional clients preferred
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
