We are representing several leading US and international law firms looking to strengthen their litigation capabilities through strategic partner hires, across multiple offices.
We are interested in speaking with established litigators who have built a credible practice, and are considering whether their current platform provides the right environment for the next stage of their growth.
Relevant practices may include complex commercial litigation, securities disputes, white collar and government investigations, financial services litigation, class actions, product liability, antitrust, bankruptcy litigation, insurance disputes and other sophisticated business litigation.
Successful candidates will typically have an established client following and a track record of generating meaningful revenue. Firms will consider the strength and longevity of client relationships, historical originations and collections, billing rates, profitability, conflicts and the realistic portability of the practice when assessing potential opportunities.
There is particular appetite for partners whose practices could benefit from access to a broader client base, complementary corporate or regulatory capabilities, additional geographic coverage, stronger associate support, or a more competitive economic structure.
Partners with substantial courtroom and trial experience, recognizable institutional clients, a clear growth trajectory, or an existing team that could form part of a move are particularly relevant.
The firms we are working with offer different propositions, including established global platforms, highly profitable US firms and practices looking to make targeted investments in their litigation practice, Compensation and potential guarantees will depend heavily on the size, profitability and strategic value of an individual practice.
