A nationally respected law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its expanding Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional attorney looking to work at the intersection of private equity, investment structuring, real estate capital, and private credit strategies.
The successful candidate will advise sophisticated private equity and investment-focused clients on a broad range of transactional matters, with a particular focus on structuring and executing joint ventures, pooled investment vehicles, and strategic capital deployment platforms. The practice spans multiple industry sectors, offering attorneys broad exposure to complex investment strategies and evolving capital structures.
This role is ideal for an attorney with strong corporate transactional experience who wants to build deeper expertise in investment platforms, private capital transactions, and fund-related structures. Attorneys in this position will work closely with clients and senior deal teams to structure investments, negotiate commercial terms, and support high-value transactions from inception through execution.
Candidates with exposure to private equity-backed transactions, real estate investment structures, or private credit platforms will be especially well-positioned for this opportunity. Familiarity with investment adviser regulatory frameworks is beneficial but not required.

Candidate Requirements:
- JD required
- Must have prior experience working in a law firm
- 3+ years of corporate or transactional legal experience
- Experience with private equity, joint ventures, or investment structuring preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional execution skills
- Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to manage complex deal structures and fast-moving transactional matters
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice required
