Candidate Requirements:

• JD required
• Must have prior experience working in a law firm
• 3–4 years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong mergers and acquisitions experience required
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Strong due diligence and deal management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and drafting skills
• Strong academic credentials
