A highly regarded corporate finance practice is seeking an associate with 1–5 years of experience to join its growing team in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or New York.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated finance practice representing technology, growth-stage, and public companies on complex financing transactions. Associates are given meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers and sophisticated clients on transactions that are central to their growth and strategic objectives. The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, with strong opportunities to deepen technical expertise and develop into a well-rounded corporate finance attorney.
