A premier global law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level Asset Management & Investment Funds Associate to join its growing and highly regarded funds practice. This role offers the opportunity to work across offices alongside leading practitioners on sophisticated fund formation, regulatory, and asset management matters.

What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds
- Work across a range of fund types, including registered funds and private investment vehicles
- Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters affecting asset managers and funds
- Draft and review fund documentation, offering materials, and related agreements
- Support ongoing fund operations and governance matters
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on complex, high-value matters
What They’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in asset management, investment funds, or related regulatory work
- Demonstrated expertise in registered funds, private funds, or regulatory frameworks
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service excellence
- J.D. required, along with prior experience working in a law firm
