Senior Real Estate Attorney Associate – National Commercial Finance & Investment Practice
Location: Hartford, Connecticut

A leading national law firm is expanding its highly regarded commercial finance and investment team and seeks a talented Senior Real Estate Associate to join its growing practice.

This team represents institutional lenders, investors, and owners in sophisticated transactions across the United States. The successful candidate will bring 5–8 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate finance and investment, with a strong command of loan, joint venture, and LLC documentation.

You’ll work closely with accomplished colleagues on high-value transactions while maintaining direct responsibility for client matters. The environment values initiative, precision, and exceptional client service — offering the chance to work both collaboratively and independently at a high level.

Candidates with prior experience in the financial, investment, or real estate sectors — whether legal or non-legal — will be especially well-positioned for success.

Compensation: $170,000 – $190,000, commensurate with experience, plus competitive benefits and clear opportunities for professional growth.
