In this position, you’ll take the helm on high-value purchase and sale transactions, leasing arrangements, and real estate finance deals. You’ll serve as first chair on major matters, guiding clients through intricate structures, negotiating critical terms, and managing all stages of the transaction with confidence and clarity.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of strong real estate experience, exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate with both autonomy and collaboration. A sharp academic record, disciplined work ethic, and proactive mindset are essential, along with the desire to contribute meaningfully to a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
