An elite national law practice is seeking a driven mid- to senior-level Associate to join its thriving Real Estate Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who thrives on complex, high-value commercial real estate transactions and is ready to play a key role in a sophisticated lender-side practice.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of large, structured finance matters from day one. Expect to work on:

  • Origination of senior and mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and other structured products

  • Drafting and negotiating primary loan documents

  • Managing transactions independently from inception through closing and post-closing

  • Advising on asset management, workouts, and lender exit strategies, including repurchase facilities and secondary market transactions

You’ll be trusted as a central deal team member, collaborating closely with partners and clients while navigating complex subject matter in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings:

  • 4+ years of broad experience in real estate finance

  • Strong academic credentials and polished research, writing, and communication skills

  • A track record of handling sophisticated lender-side transactions

  • The confidence to run deals and the judgment to anticipate issues before they arise

  • A collaborative mindset and the ambition to help build a nationally recognized practice

Must hold a JD and be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you intend to sit.
