The Opportunity
You’ll step into a highly active practice handling complex, high-value matters across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. Candidates with joint venture experience will be especially well-positioned.
Depending on your seniority and experience, you will first-chair smaller deals, second-chair larger transactions, or independently manage your own matters. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and ideally suited for attorneys who excel with responsibility and client-facing work.
What You’ll Bring

4–8 years of broad commercial real estate attorney experience within a Top 100 AM Law Firm
- JD from a highly regarded law school with stellar academics

Strong drafting skills and confidence in navigating sophisticated deal structures
