The Opportunity
As part of this collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will advise premier clients on a broad spectrum of complex real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and development projects. Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage purchase and sale agreements, joint venture documents, and financing instruments.

Conduct thorough due diligence and coordinate all aspects of deal closings.

Partner with colleagues across practices to deliver integrated client service.

Provide strategic advice to clients on commercial and legal risks.

Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to every transaction.
About You

3 to 5 years of real estate transactional experience at a top-tier or well-regarded firm.

Strong academic background and J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.

Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to waive in.

Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong business judgment, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience.
