A leading global law firm is seeking a 3–5 year Associate to join its Products Liability Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes product liability matters for major clients across a range of industries.
Associates will gain hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, working closely with experienced litigators on complex disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in products liability litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
- Manage written discovery and document production processes
- Conduct depositions, oral arguments and expert interviews
- Support case strategy and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and analysis
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of products liability litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
- Experience with depositions and discovery processes
- Strong organisational and case management abilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Admitted to practice in California, Colorado, Washington or New York
