A leading global law firm is seeking a talented associate to join its Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing complex class action defence work, including matters across securities, data privacy, and consumer protection. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional disputes within a team recognised for its depth, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of class action and product liability matters from inception through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents with precision and persuasive impact.

• Lead large-scale discovery efforts and coordinate across multi-matter dockets.

• Conduct rigorous legal research and contribute to the development of strategic case approaches.

• Build and maintain client relationships, providing timely updates and proactive support.

Who You Are:

• 4–7 years of litigation experience gained at a leading Am Law firm.

• Experience in class action defence, product liability, or mass torts.

• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

• Previous federal clerkship preferred.

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying (New York or California).

Compensation:

Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 DOE
