Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and client-facing memoranda.
-
Support and manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and settlement.

Participate in depositions, court hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
-
Work directly with clients, providing clear, commercial, and timely advice.
-
Collaborate closely with cross-office litigation teams on national matters.
-
Remain current on regulatory developments and evolving Proposition 65 enforcement trends.
Who You Are:
-
2–4 years of litigation experience, ideally within an AmLaw 100 or comparable environment.

Excellent academic credentials with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing responsibility in a fast-paced practice.
