A leading global law firm is seeking a Counsel with 10+ years of civil litigation experience to support a major technology client, acting as a central coordinator across a large and complex litigation portfolio. This unique role is akin to serving as coordinating counsel on a large-scale docket, with responsibility for managing operations, strategy and innovation across hundreds of matters.
This position offers a rare opportunity to combine high-level litigation experience with operational leadership, client engagement and legal technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate a large portfolio of litigation and pre-litigation matters
- Drive matter management, budgeting and overall docket strategy
- Develop and implement workflow improvements and operational efficiencies
- Manage docketing, deadline tracking and staffing across teams
- Leverage data insights to inform litigation strategy and client reporting
- Utilise and advance legal technology tools, including AI-driven solutions
- Supervise teams of attorneys and business professionals
- Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and relationship partners
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of complex civil litigation experience
- Strong experience managing large-scale litigation dockets or portfolios
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Experience with litigation management systems, Excel and legal technology tools
- Interest or experience in AI and workflow innovation within legal practice
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
Salary Range: $250,000 – $450,000 (DOE)
