Litigation Associate – Delaware Court of Chancery
Location: Wilmington, DE

A leading global law firm is seeking mid-level Litigation Associates (Class of 2020–2022) to join its Wilmington Litigation Group. This team is nationally recognised for its strength in high-stakes corporate and commercial disputes, with a strong emphasis on matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Associates will work on sophisticated trial and appellate matters across federal and state courts, advising on complex corporate governance and securities issues within one of the most respected litigation platforms in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex corporate, commercial and securities litigation

• Handle matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery

• Defend class and derivative actions

• Advise special committees and boards on fiduciary duty matters

• Support federal and state securities fraud litigation

• Work on bankruptcy-related disputes, valuation proceedings and statutory appraisal actions

• Advise on insurance acquisition transactions from litigation and regulatory perspectives

Who You Are:

• Class of 2020–2022 Associate

• Strong litigation experience, ideally with exposure to the Delaware Court of Chancery

• Experience in corporate governance, securities or complex commercial disputes preferred

• Excellent academic credentials

• Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills

• Admitted to practice in Delaware or eligible for admission

Compensation:
Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
Benefits: Discretionary year-end bonus and comprehensive benefits package
