A premier global law firm is seeking a 5+ year Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This is an outstanding opportunity to work across a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters while collaborating with leading trial lawyers on high-profile disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive legal filings
- Conduct legal research and develop strategic litigation positions
- Manage matters through all phases of litigation
- Prepare for hearings, depositions and trial proceedings
- Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated disputes
- Collaborate across multiple litigation practice areas on high-profile matters
- Develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, commercially focused advice to clients
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong commercial or general litigation background gained at a leading law firm
- Exceptional legal research, writing and analytical skills
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
- Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Texas Bar
