A leading international law firm is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join its Litigation practice in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation team handling a broad mix of commercial, regulatory and complex disputes.

The role offers strong exposure to high-quality work within a collaborative environment, alongside clear progression on a partnership track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients across a range of commercial and regulatory litigation matters
• Draft motions, pleadings and substantive briefs
• Manage discovery in complex litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Engage directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Support case strategy and trial preparation

Who You Are:

• 3rd–5th year litigation associate with transferable experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Experience managing discovery and motion practice
• Strong communication skills and client-facing ability
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple matters
• Admitted to the Alabama Bar

Compensation:
Salary Range: $250,000 – $315,000 (DOE)
