Litigation Associate
Location: Washington, DC

A leading global law firm is seeking a 4th–7th year Associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters within a nationally recognised disputes platform.

Associates will gain exposure to complex, high-stakes matters while working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs

• Conduct detailed legal research and factual analysis

• Assist with depositions, hearings and trial preparation

• Support case strategy and client communications on high-profile disputes

Who You Are:

• 4–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school

• Excellent writing, analytical and advocacy skills

• Judicial clerkship experience, particularly with the Eastern District of Virginia, is advantageous

• Admitted to practice in Washington, DC and Virginia

Compensation:
Salary Range: $260,000 – $435,000 (DOE / Class Year)
