Litigation Associate
Location: Dallas, TX
An Am Law 100 law firm is seeking an Associate with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join its growing Litigation Group in Plano. The Dallas–Fort Worth office has expanded rapidly and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, full-service platform advising clients across a broad range of industries.
Associates will gain exposure to sophisticated disputes involving product manufacturers, financial institutions, and businesses of all sizes, with meaningful responsibility and opportunities for hands-on litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts

Manage case strategy and litigation workstreams

Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs

Conduct legal research and factual investigations

Participate in depositions, hearings and trial preparation

Work closely with partners on high-value disputes across multiple industries
Who You Are:
-
3+ years of litigation experience in a mid-size or large law firm, or comparable trial experience
-
Experience in personal injury, product liability or insurance defense litigation is advantageous but not required

Strong oral and written advocacy skills

Excellent academic credentials

Strong case management and organisational abilities
-
Admitted and in good standing with the Texas Bar
