Location: Dallas, TX

A leading global law firm is seeking a 2nd–3rd year Associate to join its Litigation group in Dallas. This is an opportunity to work within a nationally recognised trial and appellate practice, handling sophisticated and complex disputes across state and federal courts.

Associates will gain exposure to high-level motion practice, class certification matters, and appellate work within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and draft briefs addressing complex legal issues

• Prepare motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions

• Assist with writs and appellate matters

• Support trial preparation and courtroom proceedings

• Argue motions in state and federal courts

• Take and defend depositions

• Manage case strategy and litigation workstreams

Who You Are:

• 2–3 years of litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials

• Experience drafting and arguing substantive motions

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience

• Strong writing, analytical and strategic thinking skills

• High level of maturity and ability to manage a demanding workload

• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to professional development

• Admitted to practice in Texas
