Location: Dallas, TX

A global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. The team handles a broad range of commercial disputes, offering exposure to complex matters, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded trial lawyers. This role is well-suited to candidates seeking hands-on responsibility and a strong platform for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive legal memoranda.

• Conduct legal research and manage discovery, including requests, responses, and e-discovery processes.

• Argue hearings and support trial preparation, working closely with partners and senior associates.

• Take and defend depositions, with increasing autonomy as experience grows.

• Coordinate with local counsel and manage day-to-day litigation tasks.

Who You Are:

• 1–9 years of general litigation experience, ideally with commercial exposure.

• Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and organisational skills.

• Courtroom or deposition experience preferred but not essential for junior candidates.

• Senior candidates should have experience managing commercial matters from start to finish.

• Self-starter with sound judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Member of the Texas Bar (required).

Compensation:

Salary Range: $225,000 – $435,000
