The team handles sophisticated, high-stakes disputes across a wide range of industries and offers associates exposure to complex matters, significant responsibility, and top-of-market training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and written advocacy in complex litigation matters.

• Support all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on novel and complex issues.

• Collaborate closely with senior associates and partners on significant disputes.

• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial-related work as experience allows.

Who You Are:

• 1–6 years of litigation experience at a respected law firm.

• Excellent academic credentials with outstanding legal writing and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex, fast-moving matters.

• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility.

• Admitted to practice in California (required).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $225,000 – $390,000 DOE
