A global powerhouse law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation practice in Philadelphia. The team handles sophisticated commercial disputes and product liability matters across state and federal courts, offering the opportunity to work on high-value cases and develop deep expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support complex commercial and product liability litigation matters.

• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda with exceptional clarity and attention to detail.

• Assist with depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

• Conduct thorough legal research and contribute to strategic case planning.

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions.

Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience gained at a peer law firm.

• Background in complex commercial disputes and/or product liability matters.

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Top-tier academic credentials and meticulous attention to detail.

• Team-oriented with strong communication and organisational abilities.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000
