A leading global law firm is seeking a 2nd–5th year Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated employment litigation and counselling matters within a highly regarded national platform.
The role offers exposure to single-plaintiff litigation, class and collective actions, investigations and advisory work for major employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in labor & employment litigation matters
- Support class and collective action disputes
- Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation matters
- Assist with workplace investigations and employment counselling
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and support overall case strategy
Who You Are:
- 2nd–5th year associate
- Experience at a large law firm
- Background in employment law and/or general litigation
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Experience with employment counselling, investigations and class actions preferred
- Federal judicial clerks completing terms in 2026 encouraged to apply
- Active California Bar membership required
Compensation:
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 (DOE)
