The Opportunity
This position offers hands-on involvement in complex matters within the registered funds space. You will work closely with seasoned partners and high-performing teams advising on the formation, structuring, governance, compliance, and ongoing operation of registered investment companies and related vehicles.
The role provides direct client interaction and exposure to high-level strategic decision-making. You will be entrusted with substantive responsibility, encouraged to take ownership of your matters, and supported by a collaborative culture that values precision, responsiveness, and intellectual rigor.
What You’ll Do

Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters affecting registered investment funds

Support fund formation, structuring, and operational governance

Draft and review offering documents, registration statements, and related filings

Navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and provide strategic guidance

Collaborate across practice groups on complex, cross-disciplinary matters
What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in investment management, with a strong focus on registered funds

A JD and previous experience working in a law firm
-
Admission to practice in New York

Outstanding academic and professional credentials

A self-directed, detail-oriented attorney who works well in a team-driven environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
