A premier U.S. finance practice is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join a sophisticated and fast-growing team advising on complex financing transactions. This role is ideal for an associate who wants to deepen their fund finance and private credit experience while working on market-leading deals alongside highly regarded practitioners.
The Opportunity
You will support a dynamic finance practice handling a broad range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including:

Fund financings

Leveraged finance and private credit transactions

Acquisition financings and bridge loans

Complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral deals

Candidate Profile
-
JD from an accredited law school
-
Prior experience practicing at a law firm
-
2–5 years of relevant finance experience

Demonstrated strength in fund finance and/or leveraged finance transactions

Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills

Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable managing complex workstreams
-
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
