A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a Finance Midlevel Associate with 3–5 years of law firm experience to join its Finance Practice Group. This opportunity is open in Philadelphia, New York, or Pittsburgh.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will work on complex finance transactions, primarily representing corporate borrowers, including public companies and private equity-sponsored businesses. This position offers the chance to engage in high-profile, market-leading finance deals alongside a nationally recognized team.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ 3–5 years of law firm experience in finance or lending transactions
✅ Experience representing corporate borrowers, preferably including private equity-sponsored companies
✅ Excellent academic credentials
✅ Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills
✅ Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
