A leading law firm is seeking an Associate (Class of 2020–2024) to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits team in New York. This practice focuses primarily on executive compensation and equity incentive matters, with additional exposure to ERISA-related advisory work.
The role offers a blend of transactional support and ongoing advisory work, providing exposure to sophisticated compensation structures and high-level corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on executive compensation arrangements

Structure and draft equity and incentive compensation plans

Support compensation and benefits aspects of corporate transactions

Provide ongoing advisory guidance on compensation governance and compliance

Assist with ERISA-related matters as part of a broader benefits practice
Who You Are:
-
Law school class years 2020–2024
-
Experience or demonstrated interest in executive compensation, incentive compensation or ERISA matters
-
Strong academic credentials
-
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
-
Ability to manage both transactional and advisory workstreams effectively

Admitted to practice in New York or eligible for admission
Compensation:
Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
