This is not a replacement hire — it is a deliberate growth initiative driven by sustained client demand and firmwide investment in the practice. The firm added a record number of equity partners last year, and Debt Finance remains a priority area for continued expansion.
The Opportunity
You will join a platform with:
- Established relationships with private equity sponsors, lenders, and credit funds
- A strong M&A and sponsor-side transactional pipeline generating consistent financing work
- Deep cross-practice collaboration across Private Equity, M&A, Restructuring, and Capital Markets
- Leadership focused on practice growth, not internal competition
- Infrastructure built to support integration, cross-selling, and practice scalability

Ideal Profile
- Partner-level attorney with a focus on Debt Finance / Leveraged Finance
- Experience advising sponsors, lenders, private credit funds, or institutional clients
- Portable business ideally around $3M, though $1.5M–$2.5M books are seriously considered where the practice has strong institutional depth and growth potential
- Interest in joining a firm where platform strength can materially accelerate practice growth
