Location: San Francisco, CA
A leading international law firm is seeking a 2–5 year Associate to join its Employment & Labor practice in the Bay Area. This role offers a balanced mix of employment litigation, day-to-day client counselling, and employment support on M&A transactions within a highly sophisticated and fast-paced platform.
Associates will work closely with innovative clients across a range of industries, advising on complex employment matters while gaining exposure to transactional support work.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues and risk management

Support employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions

Represent clients in employment litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions and employment-related agreements

Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on compliance matters
Who You Are:
-
2–5 years of broad employment law experience
-
Experience in both employment counselling and litigation
-
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognised law school
-
Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
-
Highly motivated with strong initiative
-
Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission
Compensation:
Salary Range: $225,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
