Corporate Finance Associate Attorney (2nd–4th Year) – Dallas
An elite corporate finance team in Dallas is seeking a talented 2nd–4th year Corporate Finance Associate to join a fast-paced, sophisticated practice handling complex domestic and cross-border transactions. The Role
You will work on a wide range of high-value financing matters, representing administrative agents, lenders, and borrowers in:

Club and broadly syndicated credit facilities

Acquisition financings
-
Private credit transactions
The position involves substantial responsibility for drafting and negotiating key deal documents, including credit agreements, commitment letters, term sheets, security and intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, and full closing sets (certificates, resolutions, legal opinions, schedules, and exhibits). Associates are encouraged to take ownership of workstreams and play an active role in client communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

JD from an accredited law school

Prior experience practicing at a law firm

2–4 years of corporate finance experience

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Organized, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (Texas admission is a plus)
