A leading international law firm is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Associate with 1–2 years of M&A and private equity experience to join its dynamic Atlanta office. Salary $225k-$235k.
This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the most accomplished dealmakers in the market, advising sophisticated clients on high-profile transactions across industries. The firm’s corporate team represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic acquirers, and investors in complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing matters — offering exposure to cutting-edge deal work from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents and commercial contracts

Conduct due diligence and manage deal execution

Support clients across all phases of the investment lifecycle
Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in M&A, private equity, and general corporate matters

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admission to the Georgia Bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly)

Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills

A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work well within a team
