An elite, innovation-driven legal team is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4–6 years of sophisticated transactional experience to join its Seattle office. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advising high-growth companies and investors across the technology and life sciences sectors, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll work closely with founders, management teams, boards, and investors as a trusted advisor throughout the full corporate life cycle — from formation to exit. Your practice will span a mix of capital markets matters, M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, with an emphasis on emerging companies and the investors who shape their growth.
You’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one, including:

Serving as outside general counsel to early-stage and high-growth clients.

Advising on equity financings and negotiating on behalf of both companies and investors.

Guiding clients through strategic transactions, acquisitions, and other transformative events.

Providing day-to-day corporate and governance counselling with regular, direct access to executive decision-makers.
This environment suits an attorney who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and energized by working with cutting-edge technologies and entrepreneurial clients. A technical or science background isn’t required — genuine curiosity and engagement are.
What You’ll Bring

4–6 years of relevant corporate experience across capital markets, M&A, private equity, or venture capital.

Strong academic credentials.

Compensation & Benefits
