Corporate Associate Attorney

Corporate Associate — Seattle

An elite, innovation-driven legal team is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4–6 years of sophisticated transactional experience to join its Seattle office. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advising high-growth companies and investors across the technology and life sciences sectors, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the Role
In this position, you’ll work closely with founders, management teams, boards, and investors as a trusted advisor throughout the full corporate life cycle — from formation to exit. Your practice will span a mix of capital markets matters, M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, with an emphasis on emerging companies and the investors who shape their growth.

You’ll take on meaningful responsibility from day one, including:

  • Serving as outside general counsel to early-stage and high-growth clients.

  • Advising on equity financings and negotiating on behalf of both companies and investors.

  • Guiding clients through strategic transactions, acquisitions, and other transformative events.

  • Providing day-to-day corporate and governance counselling with regular, direct access to executive decision-makers.

This environment suits an attorney who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and energized by working with cutting-edge technologies and entrepreneurial clients. A technical or science background isn’t required — genuine curiosity and engagement are.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–6 years of relevant corporate experience across capital markets, M&A, private equity, or venture capital.

  • Strong academic credentials.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to excel in a dynamic practice.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a highly competitive salary range of $310,000–$390,000, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary merit bonuses. The benefits package is comprehensive and designed to support both personal well-being and long-term career growth, including:

  • Flexible work-from-home support and wellness reimbursements

  • Robust mental health and family-building benefits

  • Paid parental leave and extensive resources for parents and caregivers

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families

  • Retirement savings plans with firm contributions

  • Back-up childcare and education support

  • CLE, bar review, and bar dues fully covered

  • Relocation assistance

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected practice working with some of the most exciting emerging companies in the market — all within a supportive, forward-thinking firm culture.
