The Opportunity

Join a highly respected corporate practice where you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to emerging growth clients. You’ll guide founders, management teams, and investors through the full company lifecycle, often acting as outside general counsel. Expect to work on matters that shape the trajectory of high-potential companies, including:

• Venture capital and private equity financings

• Strategic M&A and capital markets transactions

• Corporate governance and day-to-day counseling

• Cross-functional advisory work with innovators in tech and life sciences

Your practice will be hands-on, client-facing, and intellectually stimulating, ideal for an associate who thrives on problem-solving and relationship-building.

What You’ll Bring

• 4–6 years of robust corporate attorney experience, ideally spanning VC, PE, M&A, or capital markets

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with founders and executives

• JD from a top law school

• A proactive, creative, solutions-driven mindset

• A genuine interest in emerging technologies and scientific innovation

• Excellent academic credentials and polished professional judgment

A technical or science degree isn’t required, but curiosity and engagement with innovation absolutely are.
