A highly regarded and growth-oriented law firm is seeking a 2nd–6th year Corporate Associate to join its Denver-based corporate practice. The Role
The associate will work on a wide spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, advising clients across industries and stages of growth. The practice is known for hands-on partner engagement, exposure to complex deals, and a collaborative culture that values initiative and sound judgment.
Key areas of work include:

Public and private securities matters

Corporate finance and governance

Entity formation, maintenance, and licensing
Associates are encouraged to take ownership of matters, work directly with clients, and develop both technical excellence and commercial awareness.
Ideal Background

JD from a top-tier law school
-
2–6 years of corporate transactional experience gained at a law firm

Strong drafting and analytical skills
-
Experience handling M&A and general corporate matters

Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to waive in)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $170,000–$230,000, commensurate with experience
