A highly regarded and growth-oriented law firm is seeking a 2nd–6th year Corporate Associate to join its Denver-based corporate practice. The Role
The associate will work on a wide spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, advising clients across industries and stages of growth. The practice is known for hands-on partner engagement, exposure to complex deals, and a collaborative culture that values initiative and sound judgment.

Key areas of work include:

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Private equity and venture capital transactions

• Public and private securities matters

• Corporate finance and governance

• Entity formation, maintenance, and licensing

Associates are encouraged to take ownership of matters, work directly with clients, and develop both technical excellence and commercial awareness.

Ideal Background

• JD from a top-tier law school

• 2–6 years of corporate transactional experience gained at a law firm

• Strong drafting and analytical skills

• Experience handling M&A and general corporate matters

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to waive in)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $170,000–$230,000, commensurate with experience

• Bonus potential up to $106,000
