A leading global law firm is seeking a 3–6 year Associate to join its Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to litigate sophisticated disputes from case filing through trial across industries including technology, finance, life sciences and energy.
The team is actively engaged in high-profile, fast-paced matters, including commercial disputes, trade secret litigation, financial services litigation, energy-related disputes and product liability matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Litigate complex disputes from inception through trial

Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs

Take and defend depositions
-
Appear in court proceedings, mediations and arbitrations

Work directly with clients on case strategy and development

Manage significant aspects of complex cases across multiple industries
Who You Are:
-
3–6 years of complex litigation experience
-
Strong academic credentials
-
Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
-
Experience managing substantive case responsibilities
-
Highly motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
-
Admitted to practice in the relevant office location
Compensation:
Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
