Location: New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, Houston, Seattle, or California
A leading international firm is seeking a highly capable mid-level associate to join its Litigation Business Unit. The practice handles a diverse and fast-moving docket of complex disputes across multiple industries, including commercial litigation, product liability, energy matters (renewable and traditional), and mass torts. This is a strong opportunity for an associate seeking meaningful responsibility, client exposure, and sophisticated advocacy work within a collaborative and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex litigation matters across state and federal courts.

Draft high-quality motions, briefs, and strategic memoranda.

Conduct and defend depositions and participate in key hearings.

Support mediations and other dispute resolution proceedings.

Manage significant aspects of cases while working closely with partners and clients.

Contribute creatively to case strategy across a varied and challenging docket.
Who You Are:

4–6 years of complex litigation experience from a respected law firm.

Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Highly motivated, organised, and comfortable managing responsibility independently.

Collaborative and client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
-
Admission to the State Bar of the intended office location is strongly preferred.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 DOE
