A leading national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4–6 years’ experience to join its New Jersey office as part of its Metropolitan New York litigation practice. This role is ideal for a NY/NJ litigator looking to reduce the Manhattan commute while maintaining high-caliber, complex work.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

4–6 years of commercial litigation experience

Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York (required)

Federal or State clerkship experience, and Law Review/Journal experience (preferred)

Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills

Interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in both team-based and independent settings

Experience with complex insurance coverage litigation (a plus, not required)

💰 Salary Range: $175,000 – $185,000
