A highly regarded international law firm is seeking talented associates to join its Commercial Litigation practice in New York. The team handles sophisticated, high-value disputes for major corporate clients and offers the opportunity to work on challenging matters within a collaborative and well-resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes across multiple industries.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and client correspondence.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.

• Collaborate with partners and peers on cross-border and multi-party litigation.

• Engage directly with clients, gaining early responsibility and hands-on experience.

Who You Are:

• Class years 2021–2024 from a leading law firm.

• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated excellence in litigation.

• Broad commercial disputes experience with solid advocacy and analytical skills.

• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to obtain it).

Compensation:

Salary Range: $225,000 – $310,000 DOE
