A well-regarded national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to support partners in its Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling complex disputes where company resources, reputations, and strategic business relationships are at stake.

The team represents corporate, individual, and nonprofit clients in high-stakes matters across courts and tribunals, delivering commercially focused and efficient solutions aligned with client business objectives. Associates will work closely with experienced trial lawyers and gain exposure to a broad range of complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support complex commercial litigation matters from early strategy through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs

• Conduct legal research and factual analysis

• Manage discovery, including document review and coordination

• Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and internal teams

• Contribute to trial preparation and case management

Who You Are:

• Experience in complex or commercial litigation within a top-tier law firm environment

• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and oral advocacy skills

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with partners and clients

• Admitted to practice in Washington

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $235,000 – $355,000
