Location: Las Vegas, NV
A leading global law firm is seeking a 3–5 year Associate to join its Litigation practice in Las Vegas. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated business disputes across a wide range of industries, including financial services, real estate, construction, gaming and entertainment.
Associates will work alongside experienced trial lawyers on high-stakes matters, with access to a broad, multidisciplinary platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Support case strategy, negotiations and trial preparation
- Manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Work closely with clients and cross-practice teams
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience at a large law firm preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Strong organisational and case management abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse workload independently and within a team
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Admitted to the Nevada Bar
Compensation:
Salary Range: $185,000 – $215,000 (DOE)
