Location: New York, NY
A leading global law firm is seeking a 3–5 year Associate to join its Commercial Litigation practice in New York. This team represents clients in high-stakes business disputes across a broad range of industries, including contract disputes, class actions, business torts, shareholder disputes, antitrust and intellectual property litigation.
Associates will gain exposure to complex matters across all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial and appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
- Support development of case strategy alongside senior attorneys
- Assist with depositions, hearings and trial preparation
- Manage discovery processes, including document review and evidence collection
- Support client communications and case management
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Experience handling substantive litigation tasks and discovery processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
- Admitted to practice in New York
Compensation:
Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
