Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial litigation matters

• Draft and argue pleadings, motions and briefs

• Manage discovery and support overall case strategy

• Participate in depositions, hearings and trial preparation

• Work closely with partners and senior litigators on complex disputes

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability

• Admitted to practice in Florida
